Shipping Insurance Terms
Shipping Insurance is an optional add-on available at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. By selecting this option, you agree to the following terms:
Coverage Includes
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and never delivered.
- Damaged Packages: If your items arrive damaged or broken. Photo evidence of the product and packaging is required.
- Stolen Packages: If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, and it is reported missing within 7 days of delivery. Please read more below.
Coverage Excludes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.
- Packages not claimed or retrieved from pickup locations.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier errors outside our control.
- Minor cosmetic wear to packaging that does not affect product quality.
Claim Process
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery if not received). Please include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

- Shipping Insurance only applies if purchased at checkout.
Porch Piracy / Stolen Package Policy
If your order is marked as Delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, this may indicate possible theft, also known as porch piracy.
We take these situations seriously and aim to protect both our customers and our business from loss and fraud.
Eligibility
- Theft coverage applies only if Shipping Insurance was purchased at checkout.
- Claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on tracking.
- Packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address (using GPS and carrier scan data) are considered fulfilled unless verifiable evidence suggests otherwise.
Claim Requirements
To submit a theft claim, customers must provide:
- Order number and delivery address confirmation.
- A clear photo of the delivery area where the package was expected.
- Confirmation that you have checked with neighbors, household members, or building staff.
- (Optional but encouraged) Camera footage or local report if available.
Once submitted, our team will review your claim and may request additional information or verification before a decision is made.
Fraud Prevention Notice
Submitting a false or misleading theft claim is considered fraudulent activity.
All theft claims are cross-verified using the carrier’s delivery data (including GPS scan records).
Customers found to have submitted false or unsubstantiated theft reports may face:
- Denial of insurance coverage,
- Account suspension or refusal of future service, and
- Referral to local authorities for investigation if necessary.
Our goal is to ensure honest customers are protected, while dishonest claims are prevented. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and transparent process.
